In a truly iconic moment for all involved, Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos celebrated reaching the Champions League final by chanting songs with hundreds of supporters inside the Bernabeu.
Shortly after the full-time whistle, Ramos, who was wearing a shirt with the words 'on the way to number 13' written on the front, grabbed a microphone and sang "we are the kings of Europe."
He then chanted "how can I not love you" and "you are European Champion 12 times?" in an incredible clip.
As you can see in the footage, Real Madrid's official Twitter account captured the moment on camera after Los Blancos scraped through to the final with an aggregate win over Bayern Munich.
Ramos played a key part in Madrid's victory over the German champions, but Jupp Heynckes' side did themselves proud and arguably deserved to win the tie on Tuesday night.
The Spaniard took to Twitter after the victory and uploaded of picture of him posing in the Bernabeu dressing room with the following caption:
"We wrote history again. Now we want to become legends."
Bayern got off to the perfect start when Joshua Kimmich scored his second goal of the two-legged tie.
But it didn't take long for Karim Benzema, who was left out by Zinedine Zidane last week, to get on the scoresheet.
The Frenchman then made it 2-1 just minutes into the second half when he capitalised on a stray ball from Corentin Tolisso and a dreadful mistake from goalkeeper Sven Ulreich.
James Rodriguez leveled the tie to silence the Bernabeu but Los Blancos held on to reach another final.
