This wasn't just an emotional 90 minutes for the likes of John Terry and his manager Antonio Conte.

Terry managed to score on his penultimate game at Stamford Bridge, and was in tears when he celebrated in front of the Chelsea fans, while Antonio Conte was touched when thousands of Chelsea supporters began to chant his name.

Chelsea fans chant Conte's name in emotional scenes at Stamford Bridge:

It was also a highly emotional night for Antonio Conte's wife, Elisabetta Muscarello, who was spotted crying in the stands during Chelsea's 4-3 victory over Watford.

The reason? because of the incredible reception her husband received.

Antonio Conte has produced wonders this season.

Not only has the Italian squeezed every ounce of ability from the likes of Eden Hazard and Diego Costa, but his enthusiasm and passion has invigorated plenty of fans at Stamford Bridge this season.

That enthusiasm and passion has certainly come over in his over-the-top celebrations.

Earlier this year, Conte produced another colourful celebration when Gary Cahill's strike against Stoke found the net.

The Italian was so overjoyed that his side had bagged a late goal to go back infront with minutes remaining, that he grabbed onto the opposition dugout as if he was a six-year old swinging on a pair of monkey bars.

Never change, Antonio.
