James Rodriguez Trains In 2017 Adidas Predator Mania Champagne

6th December 2016 - The day Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez was spotted wearing a pair of Adidas Predator Champagne's, and our office groaned in satisfaction.

Now go and tell all of your teammates to wear them. Actually, go and spread your wisdom to the Premier League, Championship, League One and League Two - Then the Bundesliga and Serie A. Then every other league.

Adidas are going back to one of their most famous boots, with an updated version of the 'champagne' coloured Predator Mania boots set to be released in 2017.

The boots will be modernised with technology in order to create a lighter boot, but the classic elastic tongue remains. Oh god that tongue.

Fans will reportedly be able to get their hands on the boots in March, but the limited edition cleats won't come on the cheap.

The Preds will cost $330 (£250) so you might have to cough up a considerable amount but who cares. You can now Bend it like Beckham on a field in Grimsby.

I'm going to wear mine on my next night out. Women will flock at my feet.
