A Look At The World's Largest Soccer School: Guangzhou Evergrande's Youth Academy

Chinese President Xi Jinping hopes the world's largest soccer school will win one day win them the World Cup. Here is an incredible look at Guangzhou Evergrande's incredible $185 million academy.

With 2,500 students and 50 football pitches, this school is regarded as one of the best in China, if not the world. With its campus spreading over 300 acres, it really is footballing heaven.

The students train six days a week as 24 Spanish coaches, who have come from a partnership with Real Madrid, look to revolutionise football in this amazing campus.

This school also sits alongside basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, a swimming pool and movie theater, as well as a gym, library and several canteens.

We all know the Chinese Super League has been spending huge amounts of money in recent transfer windows, but this ambition is certainly admirable.

Outside the gates to the school is a 40-foot tall replica FIFA World Cup trophy.

A constant reminder of what this academy is trying to achieve.
