Kylian Mbappé has had an excellent season for Paris Saint-Germain.
Okay, the French side did make an early exit from the Champions League at the hands of Manchester United, but they were able to win the Ligue 1 title this season thanks to the goalscoring exploits of the 20-year-old French forward.
Granted, Mbappé doesn't turn 21 until December, but he is doing much better in terms of finding the back of the net at his age than when Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi were 21 years old.
According to CalcioMercato, the former Monaco ace has scored an incredible 94 times for both club and county.
When it is compared to the two five-time Ballon d'Or winners, he is miles ahead of them when they were younger.
To put things into perspective, Messi had scored 50 times and Ronaldo had found the back of the net on 35 occasions.
Fair play to the French World Cup-winning star!
In fact, Mbappé is still in contention of winning the European Golden Shoe this season, mainly for how his hat-trick against Monaco at the weekend put him three goals away from equalling Messi in first place.
Will Mbappé beat Messi for the Golden Shoe this season?
