Cristiano Ronaldo Hits Cameraman With Stray Shot, He Apologised, Gifted Him His Jacket

Cristiano Ronaldo's stray shot in training led to a cameraman needing stitches. He apologised, and also gifted him his jacket.

Media outlets across the globe have descended into Kiev, Ukraine, for the Champions League final between holders Real Madrid and Liverpool.

Journalists, cameramen, among others, took up positions around the Olimpiyskiy National Sports Complex while both sides trained.

But one particular member of the large media presence felt the wrath of Ronaldo's fierce shot.

During a shooting drill, Ronaldo's effort missed the net, nailing a cameraman behind the goal who required a few stitches.

It opened up a gnarly gash, needing a tissue to stem the bleeding.

Lorenzana Prieto, working for Spanish-language American television station Univision Deportes Network, then received a present.

Ronaldo not only apologised to Lorenzana, but also gave him with his training jacket.

Class, Cristiano.

Real Madrid fans will be praying Ronaldo's shooting is a lot more accurate come kick-off.
