Real Madrid star Isco has reportedly already put pen to paper on a new contract that includes a whopping release clause.

According to AS, the former Malaga man's new and improved deal is for four years and the option for another season, with the contract signed last month prior to Real's pre-season tour of the United States but kept under wraps.

Citing "a reliable club source", the report says that the 25-year old, who scored in Real's UEFA Super Cup win over Manchester United on Tuesday, will earn a salary of €6 million euros, and a mammoth €700 million euros release clause has been placed in his contract to highlight his importance to the club and fend off interest from other leading European clubs.

Isco arrived from Malaga for a fee of €30 million euros and though he struggled to nail down a regular spot for a while at the Bernabeu, he has grown to become a vital player for Zinedine Zidane's side and was an integral part of their unprecedented back-to-back Champions League success, and La Liga win.

And Real have now moved to show just how highly they rate him by inserting the massive buy-out clause, which has become a trend in Real's contractual business.

As per the report, Los Blancos will officially announce Isco's new contract after the Spanish Super Cup double-header against Barcelona next week with a big ceremony at the Bernabeu.

A new deal is certainly deserved for Isco given his sensational form for Real, and unlike his former teammate James Rodriguez, who was also frustrated with his lack of regular football and has gone on loan to Bayern Munich for two years, he would appear to going absolutely nowhere

What do you make of Isco's new deal? Will he start the Spanish domestic season as he ended the last?

Sound off in the comments.
