It's not easy having talent in English football, just ask Cherno Samba, the bloke tipped for greatness after Championship Manager hyped him up to be the next Pele.
He was undoubtedly a decent player with lots of potential but pressure and expectation eventually took its toll.
There are countless examples of this happening. From the likes of Francis Jeffers, John Bostock and Josh McEachran to Jose Baxter and Ravel Morrison but this current crop of English talent are different. They look to be exceeding expectation more than anything.
Bundesliga pair Jadon Sancho and Reiss Nelson have decided to ply their trade in Germany with Borussia Dortmund and Hoffenheium respectively, and it was arguably the best decisions of their young careers.

Sancho, who received a call up by Gareth Southgate to play in the Nations League, has 18 Bundesliga goals and assists this season, while Nelson has impressed under Julian Nagelsmann, scoring six goals in 19 appearances.
Rather than 'make do' with substitute appearances for Manchester City and Arsenal, the pair have taken a huge risk and it's paid off.
Sancho was also part of the England U17's team who won the World Cup last year, a great example of how a group of players have fulfilled their talent.

Jonathan Panzo, who also plays his football abroad, made his Monaco debut this season while Phil Foden, Morgan Gibbs-White and Calum Hudson-Odoi have played several games in the Premier League this season.
Angel Gomes and Emile Smith Rowe have also made an impact in club football.
The above list proves how England could make a real statement in international football in the coming years.

As we look towards the European Championships next year, and the FIFA World Cup two years later, the current crop of young talent in 2019 should be a force to be reckoned with.
