It was a rather forgettable night for Spanish giants Real Madrid after suffering defeat to Manchester United in pre-season, but one player in particular will remember it for the rest of his life.
Real Madrid youth player Sergio Lopez, who made his debut for Los Blancos after coming on in the 62nd minute, waited behind after the final whistle to meet his opponent, Alexis Sanchez.
Sanchez's teammate, Ander Herrera, eventually helped the 19-year-old with his request and after another encounter with a Manchester United staff member, the right back eventually received Sanchez's shirt as a gift.

How brilliant is this.
Lopez eventually walked away with a massive grin on his face, a gift that will surely take pride of place in his home.

In other news, another incident after the final whistle took place after Manchester United's win against Madrid involving Marco Asensio and David de Gea.
Footage has emerged of Asensio mocking Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius, as you can clearly hear the Spaniard call international teammate 'Karius' following his mistakes at the World Cup.
It took 205 minutes for Spain's number one, and arguably the best goalkeeper in world football, David de Gea, to make his first save at this summer's tournament.

Before the 27-year-old made that save, he faced a total of four shots on target in the opening three games and made zero saves.
The 2010 World Cup winners were tipped by many to go all the way. But, days prior to kicking-off their Russian adventure, crisis hit the Spanish camp.
Asensio has since been criticised for his actions in the tunnel, with plenty reacting on social media after the footage emerged
