He might not be everyone's favourite player, yes I'm talking to you Graeme Souness, but even his biggest critics will admit that Paul Pogba has been running the show in recent weeks under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Given the freedom to express himself in attacking areas, the French midfielder has come out of his shell under the Norwegian, showing glimpses of class, most recently against Fulham in the 12 o'clock kick-off against Fulham.

Pogba scored his 10th and 11th goals of the season with a shot that almost broke the net and a penalty.

Here's how he made an impact on the game:

His form under Solskjaer has been nothing short of remarkable considering his miserable spell under former boss Jose Mourinho.

Just look at these stats.

He's certainly proved plenty of people wrong. Back in January, Trevor Francis made a bizarre claim about Paul Pogba after suggesting that he is the type of player that won't help his side with the opportunity to win trophies.

Speaking on beIN SPORTS, the 64-year-old ex-footballer was ruthless when it came to his criticism of the Manchester United ace.

Pogba will never give you the opportunity of winning trophies or championships, because he is a luxury player," he said.

Well, this is a little bit awkward, isn't it?

The 25-year-old Frenchman's career has been successful at both club and international level, and he could well be winning trophies for Manchester United in the very near future considering their current form.

That man Pogba is bang in form, but can he help United to a top four finish?
