Being a Sky Sports News presenter on transfer deadline day is dirty job. But someone's got to do it.

Just ask Alan Irvine who had a dildo shoved into his ear on live TV.

The latest piece of television gold features Michael Bridge who was splashed by Crystal Palace's Patrick van Aanholt.

The Sky Sports presenter was reporting from Palace's training base in Beckenham, providing transfer gossip involving Roy Hodgson's side.

Whilst talking up a potential loan move for Swansea City's Jordan Ayew, van Aanholt arrived for training and splashed Michael who brilliantly laughed it off.

Moments later, the Dutchman posted on social media: "Think I just splashed one of your reporters @SkySportsNews ...I'll warn the boys of the puddle as they enter training sooooorrryyyy! #DeadlineDay".

Michael replied by pointing out it was him who he splashed.

van Aanholt hilariously offered him some kit, too.


Then Christian Benteke fired a warning to Michael.
