Lionel Messi has scored more Champions League goals versus English clubs than any other country.

With his brace against Manchester United in the second leg, the iconic Barcelona captain has now scored an impressive 24 Champions League goals versus English opposition.

Messi opened the scoring in the 16th minute in stunning fashion. He skipped past Fred before unleashing a glorious curling strike into the bottom corner.

He bagged his second goal of the night just four minutes later after David De Gea committed a horrendous howler in goal.
