With Hazard getting treatment from Chelsea's medical team, Fabinho appears to approach the stricken player and blow his nose on him in a pretty controversial moment.

But a few Liverpool fans have defended Fabinho's actions.

"Look at Fabinho's feet and Hazard, that's not aimed at him. You need to go to specsavers if you think otherwise."

"Look at Fabinho's feet, he looks like he's a couple yards to Hazard's left. Come back when you've figured out camera angles," a second Tweeted.

However, some people are convinced that the Brazilian knew what he was doing.

"But here comes Fabinho with a perfectly executed nose phlegm onto one of his fellow competitors. Liverpool having a superb match of high sportsmanship standards," one Twitter user wrote.
