Crystal Palace vs. Arsenal proved that goal line technology can be a bit murky from time to time.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang put his side ahead in the second-half with match officials needing goal line technology to determine if the Arsenal striker had scored.

His goal stood as the ball was a narrow 9 millimeters across the line.

However, when the Premier League fixture concluded, different pictures emerged of Aubameyang's goal.

This is the picture Sky Sports' punditry went off.

The first image portrays the minimalist of margins though the second picture suggest the ball is comfortably over the line.

This beckons the question; Just how accurate is goal line technology?

Arsenal were unable to hold onto their lead. Luka Milivojevic converted another penalty in the 83rd minute after Granit Xhaka clumsily fouled Wilfried Zaha inside the box.

The draw snaps Arsenal's impressive winning streak ahead of facing Liverpool at the Emirates, next weekend.
