Ladies and gentlemen, meet Elias Sørensen, the Danish striker who has penned a brand new, three-and-a half year contract after bagging 19 goals so far this season for Newcastle's academy side.

Sørensen, who joined the club at the age of 16, admits he struggled to adapt to life in Newcastle when he joined back in 2017, but now feels right at home in the North East.

In fact, the Danish forward has already picked up the strongest Geordie accent we've heard in some time and it's absolutely brilliant.

Just take a listen to a couple of his interviews below.

Sorenson has trained with Newcastle's first team squad after his impressive form of late, and the future looks bright for the youngster, who has been linked with a loan move away to pick up vital minutes.

"Definitely yeah. I'll wait to see what happens in January. If I go on loan I will get experience, if I stay here I will kick on, keep scoring and improve." he said via The Chronicle Live.

All we know is, we love this guy's accent. Oh and he's really good at scoring goals.

Congratulations on the new contract, Elias, and keep up the incredible interviews.
