Cristiano Ronaldo produced 'his most Cristiano Ronaldo moment ever' during Real Madrid's emphatic 7-1 win against Deportivo on Sunday afternoon.

The 32-year-old was caught in the eye by a Deportivo defender after he scored his sixth goal, and the five time Ballon d'Or sported a nasty gash afterwards.

They were his 423rd and 424th goals for Los Blancos.

Real Madrid's physio rushed onto the Bernabeu pitch to treat Ronaldo, who then proceeded to ask for a mobile phone to look at the head injury.

While Cristiano was receiving stitches on the sidelines, plenty on Twitter reacted to the moment.

Ronaldo scored only his fifth league goal of the season from his 100th shot in total, a record that has been slated in recent weeks.
