Everton Player Mercilessly Trolled For Shocking Performance Against Southampton

Everton appeared to be slowly turning a corner in the league following the victory against Watford then picking up a point against Crystal Palace, but they returned to their woeful ways as Southampton thrashed David Unsworth's charges.

The blue side of Merseyside are enduring a nightmare season. As well as struggling in the Premier League, Everton failed to progress from the Group Stage of the Europa League.

Everton are fresh off a 5-1 hammering to Atalanta during midweek, as Unsworth reverted his attention to the league campaign, facing Southampton.

Though it was the same old story.

Defensive mistakes and individual errors saw the hosts bag four goals. And while he didn't start, Ashley Williams was savagely trolled after entering the fray for the injured Leighton Baines.
