Manchester United's David De Gea Pulls Off Save Of The Season Contender Against Young Boys

David De Gea just doing David Dea Gea things.

The Manchester United stopper was called into action in the second-half and he produced a truly ridiculous save to prevent Young Boys from scoring.

In the 70th minute, the visitors had a corner-kick which was cleared but only to the edge of the box.

A Young Boys player strikes the ball back into the mix, and takes a nasty deflection with the ball destined to find the back of the net.

However, United's No.1 somehow manages to claw the ball off the line in stunning fashion.

Save of the season, thus far?

Needless to say, the Spaniard's incredible reflex sent social media into overdrive. Here's some reaction from Twitter:

Unbelievable effort.

The save proved crucial as Marouane Fellaini scored deep into stoppage time to secure all three points.
