Claudio Ranieri was announced as the new Fulham manager following the dismissal of Slavisa Jokanovic, but it hasn't taken long for the Italian to make his feelings known about a certain chant.
In today's Premier League tie against Chelsea, the 67-year-old asked supporters to stop singing: ""Ranieri, he comes from Italy, he f*cking hates Chelsea"
He signals with his hand in the opening minute, a gesture that shows Ranieri's respect for the team he used to manage. Fair play.

Ranieri's first match back in the Premier League saw his Fulham side beat Southampton 3-2 at Craven Cottage.
But despite their second victory of the season last weekend, they remain bottom of the league on goal difference.

With the January transfer window looming, the Italian manager is looking to strengthen his side for The Cottagers' relegation battle and his first signing could be a sensational one.
According to Tuttomercatoweb per FootballItalia.net, Ranieri is looking to recruit Italian winger Antonio Candreva for his side. Fulham will reportedly be battling with Torino and Premier League Rivals Wolves for his signature.
Candreva, who currently plays for Inter Milan in Serie A, has seen his influence in the San Siro setup dwindle this season, following the rise in prominence of young forwards Keita Balde Diao and Lautaro Martinez.

The 31-year-old cost Inter €22 million back in 2016 from Lazio but has only netted one goal in all competitions this season.
Should Candreva join the Craven Cottage outfit, it would make him Fulham's 13th signing of the season, following their near £100 million outlay over the summer.
Despite the sheer number of signings, Fulham have had issues in their defence, having conceded 33 goals in 13 games.

Ranieri has pinpointed forward Alexsander Mitrovic as the man who could help Fulham escape the drop, calling him 'one of the best strikers in Europe'.
