In recent years, Chelsea have been known to send a huge amount of players on loan but even for their standards, this summer has been busy.

With 17 days left of the loan window remaining, midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko became the 29th player to go out on loan when he joined AC Milan this week, as the likes of Kurt Zouma, Kenedy and Thomas Kalas join fellow Premier League sides.

Some promising youngsters have been offloaded to gain valuable experience, with Nathan joining Atletico Mineiro, Mario Pasalic arriving at Italian outfit Atlanta and Lewis Baker linking up with Marcelo Bielsa at Championship side Leeds.

Another player who has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge is midfielder Ruben Loftus Cheek, who has been linked with a move to Schalke, but it seems he will fight for his place in the coming months, according to The Guardian.

The following players have been shifted out on loan this summer:

Nathan Baxter - Yeovil Town,
Eduardo - Vitesse,
Jamal Blackman - Leeds United,
Baba Rahman - FC Schalke 04,
Jake Clarke-Salter - Yeovil Town,
Michael Hector - HUll City,
Thomas Kalas - Fulham,
Todd Kane - Hull City,
Matt Miazga - Nantes,
Kurt Zouma - Everton,
Kenneth Omeruo - Kasımpaşa,
Trevoh Chalobah - Ipswich Town,
Dujon Sterling - Coventry City,
Reece James - Wigan Athletic,
Jay DaSilva - Bristol City,
Lewis Baker - Leeds,
Bekanty Victorien Angban - Metz,
Kenedy - Newcastle United,

Some fans are even suggesting that other Chelsea players should be offloaded in the window.
