Luis Suarez Scores Hat-Trick As Barcelona Thrash Real Madrid 5-1 In El Clasico

Luis Suarez has bagged a stunning hat-trick in Barcelona's emphatic 5-1 victory against old rivals Real Madrid.

Philippe Coutinho opened the scoring in the 11th minute with Suarez doubling Barcelona's advantage in the 30th minute.

Marcelo reduced the deficit just five minutes after the break but Suarez chipped in with two goals in the space of eight minutes to complete his hat-trick.

Arturo Vidal finished off the visitors, scoring in the 87th minute. Rout.

Barcelona move top of La Liga on 21 points with Real Madrid languishing in 9th place, having already lost four league games this season.

Julen Lopetegui was under serious scrutiny ahead of today's fixture, it now looks like his time as Real Madrid manager is numbered.
