Ajax shared an image of their away strip accompanied with a picture of Spurs' home kit laid out, which included Kane's No.10 shorts.
Fans are suddenly confident the England striker will be line to play for Spurs.
Kane had seemed set to miss the rest of the season following a hefty collision with Manchester City's Fabian Delph, though he could return ahead of schedule.
His teammate Lucas Moura also appeared to drop a hint that Kane could be available to face Ajax in the second leg.

"To have [Son] in the second game and I hope Harry Kane as well will recover quickly," he said.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino provided a promising update on Kane's fitness.
"[Kane is] doing well," he said. "He's working, starting to run a little bit inside.
"His rehab is so good, but we cannot create any ideas that afterwards we cannot maybe achieve.

"The most important thing is he's good and in a good place, so focused and we see what happens, we assess him every day. We are happy but we will see."
Kane's availability would be a huge boost considering Spurs are already without Son Heung-min through suspension.
