The battle for the top four will get a little hotter on Saturday afternoon when Manchester United host Liverpool but for all the clubs only finishing in the top three will currently guarantee Champions League entry.
Right at the top of the table there's no doubt that Premier League title is going to Manchester City whilst at the bottom West Brom look almost certainties to go down and then it's nigh on impossible to pick the bones from the rest of the relegation battle.

The fight for the other three spaces in the top four seems to becoming more and more clear. Arsenal have fallen way off the pace now and Chelsea could be cut adrift but there's plenty of fight left.

However there's actually still a chance that whoever finishes in fourth in England's top tier will have to drop down into the Europa League next season, although it will mean there's five English teams in the Champions League again.
The unlikely scenario requires Arsenal and one other finishing outside the top four, which will likely happen, and then those sides to win their European competitions. So Arsenal and Chelsea, Spurs, Liverpool or Manchester United winning the Champions League whilst finishing outside the top four.
That would mean the top three plus the two European competition winners going into UEFA's elite club competition next season with the fourth place being resigned to the Europa League.

Right now it seems far from likely that it'll happen. Arsenal winning the Europa League currently seems miles off with their recent form and they continue their remaining chase of a trophy this season against a resurgent AC Milan on Thursday.
Right now the Champions League half of the scenario seems more realistic. All five Premier League sides are still in the competition and with a genuine chance of making it to the quarter finals.
Chelsea in fifth seem most likely right now not to make the top four and having lost four of their last five Premier League games find themselves five points adrift of Spurs.

They would need a score draw away against Barcelona greater than 1-1 or a win at the Camp Nou to progress a week on Wednesday. If they were to do that then there's no counting them out of winning the Champions League.
There's a long way to go but everyone will be fighting for third, just in case.
