Paul Pogba Has Been Banned From Speaking To The Media After Latest Comments

It shouldn't come as much of a surprise...

Everyone wants to speak to Paul Pogba and get his lowdown on the situation with Jose Mourinho, but the Frenchman says he's now unable to comment at all.

Pogba's relationship with his manager has soured, with Mourinho saying he will not captain the side again and the two being involved in a frosty exchange over an Instagram post last week.

The World Cup winner annoyed his manager when he criticised Mourinho's tactics for the disappointing 1-1 draw with Wolves at Old Trafford, urging them to be more attacking.

"When we're at home, we should attack, attack, attack," the Manchester United midfielder said via the Daily Mail.

"That's Old Trafford. We're here to attack. I think teams are scared when they see Manchester United attacking and attacking. That was our mistake.

"We should just attack and press, like we did against Tottenham, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal last season. When we play like this, it's easier for us."

Pogba returned to the United starting XI for the 3-1 defeat to West Ham and last night's 0-0 snoozefest with Valencia but things are still not clearly not all well - even if Mourinho has tried to make out as if there is no problem between the pair.

So much so, that when Pogba asked if he would talk to reporters in the mixed zone following the game at Old Trafford, he simply said he's been banned from doing interviews.

"I've been told I'm not allowed," the former Juventus man quipped before trotting off, as per James Ducker from The Telegraph.

That six word answer is similar to what he told journalists at the London Stadium on Saturday when he was pressed for comment about the game - "You want me dead?" was his swift and short response.

Who leaves United first - Pogba or Mourinho?

Sound off in the comments.
