Neymar has received a three-match European ban after UEFA handed down its punishment for his actions in the Champions League earlier this season.

The 27-year-old Brazilian forward insulted match officials on Instagram following the French side's exit to Manchester United in the second leg of their round of 16 clash.

Neymar missed the match due to an injury, but he will now have to wait longer before he can play Champions League football next season.

The former Barcelona ace was furious that VAR was called into action and handed United a late penalty, which Marcus Rashford fired past Gianluigi Buffon to clinch a dramatic late winner.

"It's a disgrace. Four guys who know nothing about football watch a slow-motion replay in front of the television," he said.

The Paris Saint-Germain star also asked the following question: "What can he [Presnel Kimpembe] do with his hand while his back is turned?"

How far will PSG make it in Europe's top-tier club competition next season?
