Liverpool's 'Egyptian King' has now been recognised by the British Museum.

Since returning to England, Mohamed Salah has produced heroics on a regular and consistent basis. His brilliance includes breaking the record for most goals in a 38-game season.

He bagged the Premier League Golden Boot award following his stunning 32 league goal haul, pipping Spurs' Harry Kane to the prestigious individual gong.

Following his incredible goal-scoring success, Adidas have brilliantly donated a pair of Salah's boots to the British Museum.

His boots will be added to the world famous Egyptian collection next week in the lead up to the Champions League final.

Neal Spencer, keeper of Ancient Egypt and Sudan said; "This acquisition brings the British Museum's world-famous Egyptian collection right up to date. The boots tell a story of a modern Egyptian icon, performing in the UK, with a truly global impact. Displayed amidst the statues of ancient pharaohs, we now show the boots with which Mo Salah won the Golden Boot for Liverpool."

Once Salah completes his campaign with Liverpool, he'll lead Egypt to Russia in the World Cup.

A chance to further grow his King status.
