Liverpool's red-hot winger Mohamed Salah has picked his favourite goal for the club so far.

The Egyptian has been on fire ever since joining from Roma in the summer, scoring 21 goals in all competitions, including 15 in the Premier League.

Salah never got going in his first spell in England, at Chelsea, but he looks a completely different player now and is easily the best signing of the season.

And when it comes to selecting his best goal for the Anfield club, he picked his stunner in the Merseyside derby against Everton earlier this month.

"This one is special," he told the official Liverpool website.

"It had power, skill, finishing. I choose this one as my best goal so far."

Salah further reflected on some of his other strikes this term, including his goal against Arsenal at Anfield, as well as his double as a substitute against Stoke City in the 3-0 away win in November.

"To score against Arsenal in a big game, a big team, and the way I scored - I like it," he added.

"Speed on the counter-attack. The result was good for us. I was thinking if someone was on the other side that I'd pass the ball, 100 per cent.

"But I was fast, maybe faster than anyone, so I took the decision to shoot. I missed some chances before but this one was good, and that's the most important thing!

"That game [Stoke away] was special. You are on the bench and then you go on to score two goals to help the team with a good result. Sadio scored the first goal and for the second goal, he did everything and played a great ball. I took the decision to volley it - a good finish. But, in the end, Sadio did everything for that goal."

Will Salah win the PFA Player of the Season award?
