They are always on the same wavelength on the pitch but teammates Lionel Messi and Neymar are apparently not on the same page when it comes to who they want to bring to the club in the summer.

Catalan-based outlet Mundo Deportivo reports that Messi and Neymar have differing opinions on the next world-class addition to Barcelona.

Neymar wants his Brazil national team colleague Philippe Coutinho to join him at the Nou Camp and has been trying to persuade the Liverpool midfielder while the two were on international duty last week.

Messi has reportedly been doing the same in the Argentine fold though, and the skipper is desperate for compatriot Paulo Dybala to play with him at club level as well as international level.

The story from Mundo Deportivo is that Dybala, who has scored 14 goals for Juventus in all competitions this term, is waiting to see whether Barca do indeed want him before making a decision on his future.

The former Palermo man is said to be keen to know how much Barca would cough up for him and would want that exact fee as his buy-out clause if he does put pen to paper on a new Juventus contract.

Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea have all shown interest, while Real Madrid are also big fans and Dybala would be keen on a move to Los Blancos, though the club see Eden Hazard as their next 'Galactico' target so Dybala would be their second choice.

As for Barca, they would have to pick between Dybala and Coutinho if it came down it as they likely would not have the necessary funds nor the space to accommodate them both.
