Kevin De Bruyne is expected to be out of action "for around three months".
The Belgium maestro sustained a 'serious knee injury' during training and the club have taken to social media to confirm the severity of his knock.

"We can confirm @DeBruyneKev has suffered a lateral collateral ligament (LCL) lesion in his right knee. No surgery is required, and the midfielder is expected to be out for around three months. Get well soon, KDB!"
No surgery is required which is positive news.
De Bruyne will miss Premier League games against Liverpool and Spurs, among others.

Though he could be back in Pep Guaridola's match-day squad when City play Manchester United on November 11th.
