The dreaded international break has struck again, and Liverpool have been hit by a major injury blow.
The Reds winger was brought off by Senegal after 89 minutes of their 2-0 World Cup qualifying win over Cape Verde Islands on Saturday, and in an official club statement, Liverpool have confirmed that he has suffered a hamstring injury and is facing six weeks on the sidelines.

Since signing for Liverpool from Southampton for a fee of £34 million in 2015, Mane has been in excellent form and has left a gaping hole in the side whenever he has not been available for selection. Jurgen Klopp's side simply do not have the same ideas and fluency in attack every time he has been injured or suspended.
