A free-kick, a Panenka penalty and a outrageous rabona assist - not a bad outing for Luis Suarez.

Uruguay thrashed Mexico 4-1 in an international friendly in Houston, Texas, on Saturday thanks to the exploits of Suarez who produced a stunning display.

Not content with just scoring goals, Suarez also turned provider with a stunning assist.

Jose Gimenez opened the scoring for Uruguay but Mexico leveled through Raul Jimenez from the spot. Then, Suarez did bits.

He bagged a brace within eight minutes prior to the interval.

First, Suarez curled in a beautiful free-kick. He then doubled his personal goal tally courtesy of a cheeky, cheeky Panenka penalty to make it 3-1.

In the second half, the 31-year-old created a goal for Gaston Pereiro in sublime fashion.

Suarez's sensational robana cross was headed in by the PSV Eindhoven attacking midfielder who made it 4-1.

What a performance.

Barcelona will be hoping Suarez returns to them in similar form ahead of resuming their La Liga campaign versus Real Sociedad next Saturday.
