We take a trip down memory lane by reliving the moment Cristiano Ronaldo became a coach during the European Championship final.
After being forced off injured in the final, Ronaldo was determined to be an influence even from the touch line.
The Portugal skipper suffered a knee injury in just the 25th minute following a tackle from Dimitri Payet.

Once being replaced, Ronaldo showed the footballing world a glimpse of his managerial style by frantically prowling on the side.
As the game went beyond 90 minutes, Ronaldo spent most of the additional time on his feet even with his knee bandaged up.
He was in the technical area alongside Portugal coach Fernando Santos.

Though while Santos was delivering his orders, Ronaldo was closely behind him issuing his own instructions to the players on the pitch.
You just can't keep him out of the thick of the action. An animated Ronaldo barking out commands is compelling viewing.

The final went into the second half of extra-time before the opening goal.
Former Swansea striker Eder popped up to bag the crucial goal which clinched the European Championship, as Portugal claimed their first major international honour in emotional scenes.
It was Eder's fourth strike for his national team, and his most important by some distance.
What's more, it was his first goal in a competitive match following his three goals in international friendlies.
It was an incredible night in Paris, and one Ronaldo, Eder and Co. won't ever forget.
