Manchester United fought back hard last night to claim a memorable victory over Juventus in the Champions League.

It was former United star Cristiano Ronaldo who broke the deadlock after Leonardo Bonucci executed an inch-perfect chip and the Juventus forward struck in a sensational volley past David de Gea.

Red Devils manager José Mourinho made a tactical switch and brought on Juan Mata, who would equalise from a free-kick. The comeback was completed when Alex Sandro scored an own goal to hand United the victory and three important points in Group H of the Champions League.

It would seem that certain parts of the media have been left quite salty with Mourinho's men in their player ratings.

Italian publication CalcioMercato awarded ratings that would easily anger some Red Devils fans.

Even though he is not the most popular player at the club, Marouane Fellaini made an appearance when he came off the bench and didn't receive a score at all.

The highly anticipated clash between the two clubs lived up to most people's expectations, mainly for how Mourinho triggered Juve fans after the match when he cupped his ear.

"I was insulted 90 minutes and I'm just here doing my work," he said.

"I was insulted, my family was insulted and I did the gesture meaning I wanted to hear more songs now."
