The Premier League 2017/18 season is officially in the books.

Manchester City ran away with the league title, breaking record after record en route to amassing an incredible 100 points.

Cross-town rivals United finished in second place with Spurs and Liverpool rounding off the top four, all qualifying for next seasons coveted Champions League.

In the other end of the table, the Championship welcomes West Brom, Stoke City and Swansea City following relegation.

While the Super Computer correctly predicted the top two, it failed miserably in naming the teams to drop out of the top flight.

Super Computer predicted Huddersfield, Brighton and Burnley who ultimately finished 7th in the league.
