Philippe Coutinho's massive £142 million transfer from Liverpool to Barcelona has got the footballing bubble talking, and Eden Hazard is latest name to weigh in on the deal.

The Brazilian secured a 'dream move', leaving Anfield for the iconic Camp Nou penning a lucrative five-and-a-half-year contract in the process.

Coutinho, 25, arrived in the Premier League a talented player but leaves as a world class midfielder who'll provide Barcelona with a plethora of attacking options.

From creating to scoring, Coutinho can do the lot. A player who's the same mold as him is Chelsea's brilliant No.10.

And Hazard has shared his thoughts on Coutinho sealing a switch to the La Liga.

"He's a good guy," he told Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport.

"We played against each other a couple of times and he's a fantastic player.

He also claims how Coutinho's transfer away from Liverpool is bad news for England's top flight. And he's right.

"Coutinho joining Barcelona is bad news for the Premier League because he's one of the best players in the league.

Spot on.

"Ok, he chose to move to Barca, it's not a bad choice to be fair! He's a fantastic player, I want him to be one of the best in the world and show [everyone] what he can do," Hazard added.

The lure of playing alongside the likes of Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta, not to mention former teammate Luis Suarez, ultimately proved too hard to turn down. And who can blame him.

While Hazard has spoke about his transfer, will he follow in Coutinho's footsteps and venture over to Spain?

The 27-year-old remains heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid, who continue to keep an eye on him ahead of wanting to sign a 'Galactico' in the summer.

He certainly fits the bill.
