Eden Hazard has created even more uncertainty over his future at Chelsea after responding to a question about Real Madrid.

The 28-year-old Belgian ace has been linked with Los Blancos for some time, with the Spanish club reportedly ready to push ahead with a deal.

Speaking to France Football, the Chelsea star said that he would be open to the idea of moving to Madrid.

"Would I like to sign for Real Madrid? Why not?" he said.

"Real Madrid without Zidane is different, but it is still Real Madrid."

Hazard also touched on Zinedine Zidane, who is one of the strong favourites to become the next Manchester United boss.

Despite the fact that the Belgium international thinks highly of the former Madrid boss, he has ruled out a move to Old Trafford even if Zidane was appointed as manager.

"I have never heard from [Zinedine] Zidane and if he goes to Manchester United tomorrow, for example, I would not be there," he explained.

Hazard revealed his true feelings about Madrid last year, saying that it would be a "dream" of his to play for the club.

"I am playing good football at the moment," he said at the time.

"Real Madrid are the best club in the world. I don't want to lie today. It is my dream since I was a kid. I was dreaming about this club.

"We will see. I don't want to talk about this every day, I don't have time. But we will talk about my future soon."
