Manchester United have started the new Premier League season very well, sitting joint top of the table after comfortably beating Bournemouth and Southampton. Jose Mourinho appears to have settled in well, making the Red Devils his own, adding Eric Bailly, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba to his squad.
But if reports from The Sun are true, the former Chelsea boss is locked in a transfer stand-off with the Manchester United board.
It has been widely reported in the last few weeks that Mourinho wants to bring Southampton defender Jose Fonte to Old Trafford as defensive back up. However, the United board have told him some of the high earning players must be moved on before anyone can join.
At least 10 players have been rumoured with a move away from the club this summer, including Marcos Rojo and Bastian Schweinsteiger, but many have yet to leave.

So there you go Jose, move some players before bringing any more in.
