He may have outscored Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi in 2017 and broken Alan Shearer's Premier League record for goals scored in a calendar year, but Harry Kane is still remarkably low on the list of the English top flight's highest earning players.
Kane, who already has a remarkable 24 goals in 24 games, this season following back-to-back hat-tricks against Burnley and Southampton in his last two games, has cemented himself as one of world football's greatest centre forwards over the last three-and-a-half seasons, yet when it comes to earnings, the England international is only 35th on the list of English football's highest earners.
Not that Kane will mind, of course, as he still pockets a reported £110,000-per-week, but to think that there are 34 players earning a better weekly wage than someone who is arguably the best centre-forward in the world right now is quite astonishing.

Kane's salary is of course still a phenomenal amount, but considering that he still earns less per week than the likes of Crystal Palace's Christian Benteke, West Ham's Javier Hernandez, Manchester United's Luke Shaw, Chris Smalling and Phil Jones as well as Liverpool's James Milner, it's quite mind boggling to wonder what Kane could earn if he went to a club that were more lax in their approach to weekly wages than Tottenham are.
Kane is level on weekly earnings with Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante, Arsenal full-back Sead Kolasinac, Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey and Manchester United's Ashley Young.
Topping the list is Old Trafford duo Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku, who earn £290,000 and £250,000-per-week respectively, closely followed by Manchester City pair Sergio Aguero and Yaya Toure, both of whom earn £220,000-per-week, alongside United's Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Kane's form over the last few years has gained the attention of the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona, who have both been credited with a firm interest in the Spurs hitman over the last few months, although Kane maintains he's more than happy in North London at the moment.
However, with Spurs currently sitting in fifth place in the Premier League table, there's a real chance Mauricio Pochettino's men could miss out on Champions League football for next season unless they improve upon an inconsistent first half of the season. Should that be the case, then Kane may realise he's not as happy as he once thought at White Hart Lane.
