Bayer Leverkusen's Leon Bailey continues to prove he is one of the biggest talents in world football after another sumptuous finish against Hoffenheim on Saturday.

After receiving the ball from the right wing at the Rhein-Neckar arena, the 20-year-old turned his back to goal and scored with an audacious back heel finish in the 43rd minute.

Bailey has been linked with Arsenal and Chelsea in recent months, and this goal will only enhance his reputation.

TAKE A BOW!

Bailey's last three goals are concrete evidence that he is one of the most exciting young prospects in world football.

Just look at what he's done recent against Hannover and Gladbach - he's ridiculously quick

He joined Bayer Leverkusen for a fee of โ‚ฌ20 million just under a year ago and he's been an absolute revelation this term.

The former Belgian Young Player of the Year has eight goals and four assists to his name in 16 appearances this season.

Growing up with the likes of Thibaut Courtois and Kevin de Bruyne at Genk has clearly had an affect on 'the next big thing' Leon Bailey, and the once protege is now fleeting into a top player.

His explosive pace and vision would be a perfect match for England's top flight.

Bailey has the ability to look up and find a pass, and his decision making surpasses his young age, something that the likes of Memphis Depay struggled with during his time at Manchester United.

Remember the name - Leon Bailey.
