Olivier Giroud has revealed that he will voice the role of the Green Goblin in the upcoming Spider-Man: New Generation.
The 32-year-old Chelsea star made the announcement on Twitter. However, the former Arsenal forward won't be the only footballer to feature in the animated film.
Paris Saint-Germain defender Presnel Kimpembe has also landed a role in the film as Scorpion.
The film, which is known as Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse in the US, follows the story of Miles Morales, who becomes Spider-Man after the death of Peter Parker.

The Afro-Latino teenager is responsible for the 'Spider-Verse,' which introduces the idea that there can be more than one Spider-Man.
Into the Spider-Verse is slated for release on 14th December.
The news follows on from an emotional week for Marvel Comics, following on from the death of iconic comic book creator Stan Lee.
