Mohamed Salah Actually Looks Like Himself In FIFA Update

Panic over...

EA Sports have finally made the change to Mo Salah that we've been crying out for and it's come in the World Cup extension.

'The Egyptian King' has seen his overall rating climb to 88 on the add-on after his stunning, record-breaking campaign at Liverpool, but more importantly he's finally got the right hair and beard combination in preparation for his World Cup debut.

For reasons unclear, Salah still had short hair on FIFA 18 and it drove a lot of nit-picking players up the wall. I include myself in that.

The head honchos at EA changed David Silva's luscious locks to his hard-man skinhead look on the game but Salah didn't get an update. Until now.

Once the World Cup mode is available to download for free on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 29 May, you'll be able to play with Egypt and cut in from the right with Salah, sporting his mini afro hairdo. Our prayers have well and truly been answered thanks to new face scans.

All is now well with the world, right? With his blistering 44-goal season on Merseyside, Salah was rewarded with several FIFA 18 special cards - whether it be Player of the Month, Team of the Week or Team of the Season.

But him now looking exactly like he does in real life is what has us FIFA enthusiasts excited us the most in regards to Salah on FIFA - and gives us another reason to look forward to that World Cup download bar becoming complete in four days time.
