Manchester City's dressing room celebrations have certainly caused a stir on social media.
Pep Guardiola's side dominated rivals United at Old Trafford and achieved a record-breaking 14th consecutive league win, with Nicolas Otamendi scoring the winner that sent City 11 points clear at the top.
The Blues were certainly enjoying such an important victory after the game, but the picture of the celebrations, uploaded by a number of players - including Leroy Sane, has sparked a fair bit of criticism.

The main issue being that as much as they are absolutely well within their rights to enjoy the sweet success, given how big a win it really is, having confetti in the dressing room is a bit tinpot.

And now, with everyone wondering just who brings confetti to a football match, the question has been answered.
Unsurprisingly it was banter extraordinaire Benjamin Mendy who has managed to become a huge fan favourite among the City supporters despite only making five appearances for the club, with an ACL injury ruling the full-back out for the rest of the season.

Imagine what he'll have planned for when City are crowned champions.
