Since the start of December, only Tottenham striker Harry Kane has scored more Premier League goals than Manchester United's Jesse Lingard.
The 25-year-old has continued to prove his doubters wrong in recent months and many claim José Mourinho deserves a huge amount of credit for the development of Lingard, who has scored goals than Kevin de Bruyne, Alexis Sanchez and Eden Hazard this season.
In fact, after United's 2-0 win over Everton on Monday evening Mourinho summed up Lingard perfectly, saying:

"One thing is to be a young talent, another thing is to be a very good player, Some players are not capable of that jump. They go from great potential to normal players. Lingard is giving that jump." he told Sky Sports.
Lingard became the second player to reach 10 goals for Manchester United this season and celebrated by putting his finger to his mouth, perhaps a message to those who have doubted him in recent months.
