Diego Costa looks to have confirmed the rumours that he is on the verge of leaving Chelsea by wearing an Atletico Madrid shirt while parting in Lagarto, Brazil.
The 28-year-old streamed an Instagram live to his 2.5 million followers on Sunday night, sparking plenty of criticism from Chelsea fans on the social media platform.
It has also emerged that he told Cesc Fabregas, who appeared on the Instagram live chat feed, to give Chelsea manager Antonio Conte a hug. No, this is not a joke.

The Chelsea squad left for China on Monday to take part in their pre season tour and manager Antonio Conte told both Costa and Nemanja Matic that they would not be selected amid suggestions that they would leave Stamford Bridge
