Lorenzo Insigne's Reaction After He Gets The Two Tallest Mascots Is Priceless

Lorenzo Insigne's Reaction After He Gets The Two Tallest Mascots Is Priceless

It's happened again folks...

Napoli forward Lorenzo Insigne once revealed that he almost quit football after being constantly told he was too small to make it as a professional.

In an interview with UEFA, Insigne spoke about the moment he wanted to quit football all together.

"They used to say I had some talent, but was too short. At one point, I wanted to quit football, as the scouts all told me the same thing and I thought it might be futile to continue. Then I had a trial with Napoli and it went well.

The 26-year-old may be one of the smallest players in world football at 5ft 3 but that hasn't stopped him from smashing Serie A in recent seasons.

He has forged a reputation as a player who uses his low centre of gravity and pace to make a real impact in games.

Insigne couldn't get on the scoresheet against AC Milan on Sunday evening but what did continue was his unfortunate luck with mascots.

I think we can categorically say that whoever is in charge of organising which mascot is paired with a certain is definitely trolling the Italy international.

This isn't the first time this has happened and people think this isn't a coincidence, including the man himself.

Just look at his reaction before yesterday's game against Milan. He knows he's been trolled again...

As we mentioned earlier, this isn't the first time this has happened. Last month, Insigne started in Italy's 2-0 defeat to Argentina on Friday night.

Unfortunately for the forward, everyone was talking about his height before kick-off - when he was pictured with another very tall mascot.

Is the person in charge of organising mascots joking around here? Here are some other examples of it happening.
