Taking a throw-in is one of the most basic things in football but clearly it's too simple for Sochaux-Montbéliard defender Adolphe Teikeu.
The Cameroon international has become a viral sensation after his incredibly over-the-top-in throw-in against Paris FC.
Sochaux-Montbéliard lost 2-0 in the Ligue Two game, with Paris doing the double over them this season.

The visitors were 1-0 down in stoppage time when Teikeu decided to hurl the ball into the box from a throw-in an attempt to salvage something from the game.
But he went one step further than long throw king Rory Delap when he did a roly-poly/front clip and then launched the ball into the area.
As seen in the following clip, as fancy as it was, it was completely unnecessary and didn't threaten the Paris defenders.
But that's not to say the acrobatic throw-in isn't worth attempting. Last year, in the United States soccer league, Energy FC, scored an incredible golazo that came from the very same move attempted by Teikeu.

The ridiculous flip throw-in, taken near the halfway lane, was only headed into danger by the defender and that allowed striker Miguel Gonzales to notch a glorious bicycle kick.
