Bayern Munich Troll Arsenal Yet Again On Twitter

They just can't help themselves...

Bayern Munich's English twitter account have a thing for trolling Arsenal and they've gone after the Gunners again tonight.

The Bavarians hosted Turkish side Besiktas in the Champions League round of 16 first leg and whoever was running their English feed for the night was getting very excited over hearing the Champions League theme song.

When a fan decided to tell them the Europa League theme song is better, they saw a perfect opportunity to have a dig at Arsenal, who are of course in European football's secondary competition this season.

Very good banter from the Bundesliga leaders, who absolutely love taking the piss out of the Gunners, their regular opponents.

Since 2013, Arsenal and Bayern have met a ridiculous eight times in the Champions League.

Football's biggest rivalries...

Across all four ties, Arsene Wenger's side are yet to come out on top, having won only two of the matches and drawn one and have lost the last three competitive meetings between the sides 5-1, or 15-3 on aggregate.

After blitzing Arsenal 10-2 on aggregate last year, Bayern produced a typically savage tweet mocking them:

Then, when the sides met in a pre-season friendly in July, they produced another comical post on social media:

Are Bayern the best football club for social media activity? It's hard to think of anyone else who does it better than they do!
