Following on from the release of the 100 highest-rated players on FIFA 20 last week, EA Sports have now revealed the first batch of ratings - with it now official that Lionel Messi is the best player on the game.

Messi has overtaken Cristiano Ronaldo as the best player in FIFA, having been given a 94-rated card this time around following his stunning individual season for Barcelona.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has 96 dribbling, 87 passing, 92 shooting and 92 passing, with Juventus/Piemonte Calcio star Ronaldo one mark down on 93 and boasting key stats such as 88 dribbling, 89 pace, 93 shooting and 82 passing.

Neymar is the third best player on the game thanks to his 92 rating, and has attributes such as 95 dribbling, 91 pace and 87 passing.

91-rated Real Madrid new boy Eden Hazard is joint fourth on the list alongside his compatriot Kevin De Bruyne, the highest-rated Premier League player, and Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak, who is the best goalkeeper on the game.

'Champions Edition' cover star and highest-rated defender Virgil van Dijk is 90-rated like his Liverpool teammate Mo Salah, Luka Modric, and Marc Andre ter Stegen.
