Raheem Sterling's running style is as unique as they come but Eden Hazard showed he too can run like the Manchester City and England winger back in September.

Ahead of the clash between City and Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, where Pep Guardiola's side laid down a real marker on route to winning the title in record-breaking fashion, Hazard appeared to mock Sterling and the way he runs.

In fairness to the Belgian, who has two assists in two games from the bench so far this season, the mannerisms are absolutely spot on and it looks like he's been studying the City No.7.

Plenty of people have been desperate to know why the 23-year old runs bears resemblance to a T-Rex or Velma from Scooby Doo and the man himself had an explanation a few months back.

Speaking to TalkSPORT, he said:

"My mum went to my little brother's sports day. She sent me a clip of her running 0 and I thought, 'OK, that's where I get it from'.

"I'd never seen her run before. So it's my mum - don't laugh! Before my mum had my sister she was in the Jamaican athletics team.

"I don't think my running style is something I would like to pass on though - I will just take all of everyone else's laughter on myself."

Despite his unusual way of moving, Sterling did the business for City last season - scoring 23 goals, including several crucial late strikes, as they won two trophies and broke countless records in the league.

He started the current campaign with a superb goal cutting in from the left against Arsenal for his 50th goal in the Premier League.

But with City's squad stacked with attacking talent, he was an unused substitute for the 6-1 thrashing of Huddersfield at the Etihad on Sunday.
