As Chelsea look to secure the Premier League title it could be a bad thing for their chances of keeping Eden Hazard at Stamford Bridge next season, if reports in Belgium are to be believed.

Chelsea took another step towards the Premier League title last night with an attacking display against Southampton. For the second time in just four days the Blues won 4-2 in an important game.

Going into the match Antonio Conte's side knew they couldn't afford to slip up as it would have given Spurs the chance to go within one point of them when Spurs take on Crystal Palace tonight.

Fortunately for Chelsea the result rarely looked in doubt with Eden Hazard and Diego Costa back in the starting line-up and back in form, with Hazard opening the scoring after just five minutes.

The Belgian has been in scintillating form all season and that has helped get Chelsea to the top of the pile after last season's aberration of a title defence, for the team as a whole and Hazard personally.

However his return to form has sparked rumours of a bid from Real Madrid incoming this summer and according to Voetbal magazine in Belgium in a conversation with a friend Hazard revealed he'd like to move to the Bernabeu. He reportedly told a mate:

"My plan, winning the title with Chelsea and being voted the best player of the Premier League, after which I want to sign at Real Madrid and win the Golden Ball. Then I want to finish my career at PSG."

Hazard has long been linked with a move to Los Blancos and he certainly would fit into the Galacticos idea, however Zinedine Zidane's side also has a wealth of attacking players already.

The former Lille winger is certainly more likely to win the Ballon d'Or at the Bernabeu with the last nine of the trophies being given out to his potential future team mate Cristiano Ronaldo and his fierce rival Lionel Messi.

Diego Costa has been linked with a move in the summer, either back to former club Atletico Madrid or, more likely right now, to China to earn piles and piles of cash.

Thibaut Courtois is also being rumoured for a move to the Bernabeu but Chelsea are unlikely to let all three big names leave.
